About Robin

Robin is one of the Partners of the law firm. She is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Her practice focuses in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship and business transactions. She has probated a wide range of estates from the straight forward independent administrations based on a well-prepared will, to more complex dependent administrations and heirship determinations in the absence of a will. She regularly assists with the untangling of real estate title issues when there was no prior probate proceeding, sometimes reaching back multiple owners or generations.  When drafting wills and trusts for clients, Robin doesn't believe in 'one size fits all' -- all individuals and families are different. Robin takes the time to get to know her clients and really understand what they want and need in their estate plan. Robin is also experienced in establishing guardianships of the person and a person’s estate. She has received and maintained her certification for legal work on guardianship matters since the inception of such a requirement.

Robin also enjoys helping small business owners at all stages of business ownership - from the creation of the business, consulting over its needs, transactions and agreements, helping its growth, assisting with negotiations and sales, and all stages in between. She works with a wide range of business clients including small investment property owners and international corporations.

Robin enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and dogs. In addition to being licensed in Texas, board certified in Estate Planning and Probate, and maintaining her guardianship certification, Robin is licensed to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. She is a member of the Montgomery County and Woodlands Bar Associations.
